Am I required to accept an offer?
No, you do not have to accept an offer at any time. -
Am I required to list my home with you if we don't accept an offer?
You are not. :) We would love to show you how we're different though. With us, you have flexibility and options. -
What are the types of buyers that will be writing offers?
Our acquisition partners purchase for many different reasons:
- Major redevelopment
- Light rehab
- Buy to rent
- Buy and hold for tax purposes
- Vacation rentals
- Second home

How is this different from just accepting an offer from a local investor?
- An investor may not be the right buyer. There are likely more.
- With us, you'll likely have multiple parties writing offers so you won't have to worry about negotiating a single-party lowball offer
- Our partners understand that you have the option to list your home for sale so they are motivated to give you a fair offer based on current conditions and market dynamics.

No, our partners buy real estate for many different reasons. -
Will the buyer of my home be local?
In most cases, yes, the buyer is local. -
How long does the process take?
Once we meet and do a walk through of the property, we'll put together an offering package for our acquisition partners. Once that is sent out, you can expect to see offers in as little as 3-4 days. -
Do I choose when I move?
Yes, that will be part of the negotiation. -
Can I rent the home after I sell it?
Every purchase is different. If staying is important to you after you sell, let us know. Most of our partners are very flexible. -
If I decide to list my home for sale, how does that process work?
We have a very streamlined process.
- Pre-launch process of selling the home.
- 1-2 weeks of aggressive marketing (plus MLS exposure)
- 4 Days of offers.
If you don't get the offer you live, we start the process all over often times 2 weeks later.
